This page explains how XeniaCore works behind the scenes: who runs your services, what they run on, how payments and data are handled, and what we will and won't do. We would rather you know these things before you buy than find them out later.
Who we are
XeniaCore is a small, independent hosting company. We sell game server hosting, website hosting, and Discord bot hosting directly to customers. We are an early-stage business, and we would rather be clear about that than look bigger than we are.
Where your services run
Your services run on servers in North America that we rent from third-party infrastructure providers. We do not own data centers.
Each service has its own resource limits (memory, storage, and processing) as shown in its plan. Some hardware is shared between customers, and we use those limits to keep one customer from affecting another.
The software we use
We build on open-source software, and we think you should know what it is:
- Pterodactyl: the control panel at https://panel.xeniacore.com that runs and manages your servers.
- Paymenter: the billing system at https://billing.xeniacore.com.
- PowerDNS: our nameservers, ns1.xeniacore.com and ns2.xeniacore.com, which host DNS for customer domains.
- Let's Encrypt: the free certificate authority that issues HTTPS certificates for customer websites.
- Caddy: the web server that delivers customer websites over HTTPS.
We customize and extend some of this software. Credit for the original projects belongs to their authors.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal, when those providers are enabled at checkout. We do not intend to store full card numbers or card security codes on our own systems.
The price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes or fees required by law may apply.
Your data
We do not sell personal information. We use it to run your account, deliver your services, process payments, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. The details are in our Privacy Policy at https://xeniacore.com/privacy.
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Backups
Backups are not included unless your plan says so. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as game worlds, website files, databases, and bot code. We would rather tell you this now than after something goes wrong.
Requests from governments and third parties
If we receive a legal request for customer information, we review whether it is valid and limited to what the law requires. Where the law allows, we tell the affected customer before we disclose anything.

Abuse and security
We act on reports of abuse, such as malware, phishing, or attacks launched from our network, under our Fair Use Policy at https://xeniacore.com/fair-use. Report abuse or a security problem to [email protected].
Sponsorships and affiliates
We may sponsor creators or run an affiliate program. Sponsored creators may receive free hosting or a commission on sales they refer. We ask the creators we work with to disclose those arrangements to their audiences.
